Here is a super fun ab workout to try!
Ab Wheel roll outs 3 x 10 reps
Weighted rotations (rotate DB or KB around head) 3 x 10 reps @ 15#KB
Decline sit ups 50, 30, 20 reps
Side bends 3 x 12 reps @ 20#DB
Overhead KB sit ups 3 x 10 reps @ 25#KB
Dragon flags 3 x 10 reps (you can google these if you aren't sure what they are - there are some good videos on youtube)
